At Trimex Wholesale, we aim to process and ship all orders efficiently and reliably for our business customers. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received and cleared.
- Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
- We ship orders via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or freight services depending on order size and destination.
- Customers may also arrange their own freight pickup by contacting us in advance.
Shipping Costs
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately for freight shipments.
- If an order has already been dispatched, any return or refusal of shipment will require the customer to cover both outbound and return shipping costs.
Delivery Times
- Transit times vary depending on carrier and destination.
- Standard delivery is typically 2–7 business days within the continental U.S.
- Trimex Wholesale is not responsible for carrier delays once the shipment has left our warehouse.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt.
- Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
- Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported to info@trimexwholesale.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will assist with filing carrier claims, but liability transfers to the customer once goods are handed over to the carrier.
International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to additional duties, customs fees, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance procedures.

- Customers may also choose in-store pickup at our Dallas location:
