Shipping Policy

At Trimex Wholesale, we aim to process and ship all orders efficiently and reliably for our business customers. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received and cleared.
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods

  • We ship orders via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or freight services depending on order size and destination.
  • Customers may also arrange their own freight pickup by contacting us in advance.

 

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately for freight shipments.
  • If an order has already been dispatched, any return or refusal of shipment will require the customer to cover both outbound and return shipping costs.

 

Delivery Times

  • Transit times vary depending on carrier and destination.
  • Standard delivery is typically 2–7 business days within the continental U.S.
  • Trimex Wholesale is not responsible for carrier delays once the shipment has left our warehouse.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt.
  • Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported to info@trimexwholesale.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will assist with filing carrier claims, but liability transfers to the customer once goods are handed over to the carrier.

 

International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to additional duties, customs fees, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance procedures.

  • Customers may also choose in-store pickup at our Dallas location:

  • Pickup is usually available within 24 hours of order confirmation during business hours.
